Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring sneakers are inside their branded box and protected by an outer shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
